The Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Professor Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, has charged officers and men of the Ondo State Command to remain resolute in upholding exceptional standards of professionalism in the discharge of their duties. He encouraged personnel to pursue continuous education and personal development as a catalyst for improved performance and career growth within the Corps.

He reiterated his administration’s strong commitment to training and retraining programs that equip officers with modern skills, operational knowledge, and global best practices. According to him, a well-prepared and regularly updated workforce is central to achieving maximum productivity and operational intelligence.

The Commandant General further urged officers to sustain the robust synergy that exists among security agencies in the state. He noted that the visible cooperation, coordination, and intelligence-sharing culture have significantly contributed to the peace and stability enjoyed in Ondo State.

He commended the State Commandant, Commandant Ibiloye Joshua, for effectively cascading operational standards, strengthening inter-agency collaboration, and maintaining an atmosphere conducive for professional excellence across the Command.

Professor Audi assured personnel that the Corps will continue to prioritize staff welfare, expand opportunities for advancement, and invest in systems that support efficiency, readiness, and national security delivery.
