CG NSCDC REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO STRONGER TIES WITH FIRE SERVICE

The Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, has reaffirmed the Corps’ commitment to stronger collaboration with the Federal Fire Service (FFS) for improved public safety and national development.

Prof. Audi made this known while receiving the Controller General of the Federal Fire Service, CGF Olumode Samuel Adeyemi, FCNA, ACTI, who paid him a familiarization visit at the Corps’ National Headquarters, Abuja.

The visit focused on strengthening inter-agency synergy, particularly in the protection of fire-fighting personnel and equipment, as well as joint capacity-building and trainings beneficial to both organizations.

While congratulating CGF Adeyemi on his appointment, Prof. Audi emphasized that no agency has the monopoly of any strategy, stressing that Collaboration, Cooperation, and Coordination remain vital to enhancing national security and safety.
