NATASHA AND HER GULLIBLE FOLLOWERS NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE ME.

Today, 19th June 2025, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan was finally arraigned before the FCT High Court. She pleaded not guilty to the charges. Her counsel applied for bail, and as expected - since the offence is bailable, the court granted it.

But here’s the amusing part

Her supporters, who stormed the court in large numbers, broke into wild celebration as if she had been discharged and acquitted! Her supporters took every  available space in the court room since 9 am  leaving others standing or outside the small sized court room.

Why all the drama? What exactly is special about getting bail for a bailable offence?

Natasha loves theatrics, but her most fascinating strength lies in the gullibility of her followers. Nauseating!

Now that the matter is before the court, we can finally separate facts from fiction. Here, evidence, not noise, will speak. The court doesn’t operate by blog headlines or online hype.

The real trial has only just begun. September 23rd is the commencement date. This early dance is amusing, and  may be too early.

Truth, like pregnancy, cannot be hidden forever. Very soon, it will show. Natasha arm yourself with your evidence.

As for me, I’m still smiling in Swahili.
