AIG Donald N. AWUNAH fnipr, fsi, mni Inaugurates Course Participants of Operational Leadership Command Course 7/2021 At Police Staff College, Jos, Plateau State.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 It was a colourful occasion, yesterday 28th June,2021, as young police officers, drawn from various police commands and formations across the country to participate in the prestigious police training institution, Police Staff College Jos, for a leadership course.

 

 

Part of the objectives of the course is to enhance participants' operational competences and avail them with modern techniques in dealing with present day security challenges.

The Commandant of the institution welcomed the young officers, whom, himself, is a seasoned senior police officer with vast experience, both home and abroad. As part of his address yesterday, he encouraged participants to take advantage of the program,

as their cadre represents a critical link in the realization of the tenets of policy in accordance with the best practices, as envisioned by the present leadership of the force under the command of IGP Usman Alkali Baba psc(+), NPM, fdc.

 

Furthermore, the Commandant reminded the course participants that discipline is the bedrock of the force, they are expected to be exemplary in their conducts, on this note, the Operational Leadership And Command Course 7/2021 was declared opened and the Commandant as well as his management team, had a group photograph with the participants.
