NSCDC: NIGERIA'S MOST IMPROVED PARAMILITARY SECURITY AGENCY

 

National Crimewatch Magazine has been monitoring the performance of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, under the leadership of its Commandant-General, Dr. Ahmed Audi mni, ofr, in tackling oil theft and its effects on the Nigeria economy.

Our findings shows that the corps had become more responsible and efficient in the discharge of its mandates following Audi’s dispositions and qualities.

We have also carried out series of investigations on the CG and his activities in office as the Commandant-General of NSCDC. 

As a responsible organisation that deals with facts and not rumours or hearsay, we can  authoritatively tell you for the fact that CG Audi needs to be commended for his hardwork, commitment and bringing sanity to the corps.

“We are proud that with men like Audi, the nation is on the path of getting it right in the area of security.

There is the growing need that people like Audi should be given more opportunities to function in public offices, if we must get it right in the fight Against insecurity

Mr. Tony Okpe who is the publisher of National Crimewatch Magazine decided to commend Audi exemplary and visionary leadership qualities so as to motivate other heads of security agencies under this new administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to think out of the box in carrying out their assigned responsibilities  

He also commended Audi for working effortlessly in the fight against oil theft and illegal oil bunkering, saying: “Before now, people lobby for promotion, but the CG eliminated this ill act and has maintained that only officer and men who qualify for merit are promoted or posted to areas where their services are needed for utmost performance of the corps on its task".

“He has eliminated nepotism, tribalism and favouritism in posting of personnel to every NSCDC formations.

The CG has ensured due process for federal character in the appointment and posting of state commandants.

These were not given attention by his predecessors, but he has ensured that all parts of the nation are given equal attention.”

Mr. Tony Okpe advice those sponsoring negative reports and protest against Audi with the intention of denting the image of Audi before the new administration of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu should desist from doing so henceforth, rather should join hands in encouraging and celebrating Audi for the transformations going on in the NSCDC.

Under Audi's watch the NSCDC has become the most improved Paramilitary Security Agency and the most operational female squad in the history of Nigeria security architecture

Audi has initiated more reforms in the NSCDC than any security agency in Nigeria at the moment

 it will only take witch-hunter with alterior motives to call for the removal of Audi as the Commandant General not to appreciate all the good things he has done since his assumption of office two years ago.

We decided to do this piece of report to put the records straight and highlight some of Audi's achievements for the world to see in the protection of critical national assets.

We appeal to president Bola Ahmed to please Ignore those calling for the sack of Audi, the commandant General of NSCDC so he could complete the good work of transforming the NSCDC
